These will be upgraded and improved as time goes on, but for the time being I think it is pretty important to set some ground rules for the board.

I will start by a listing a few things that GYAN PITARA Group will not tolerate and a few of our policies.

1) This is a forum for help and support for Computer Hardware and Software tweaks,Purchase etc. and to support people to choose the right career option by the post we or other may put on the board. It means this forum is not for abusive, threatening, upsetting behaviour. Please treat people on this forum with respect as you will get the upmost respect from us, and while we do allow free speech, don't let things get out of hand. A golden tip on how to handle rude or aggressive members is to post a fair and explained view from your side, then state you are no longer going to participate in that particular conversation. This leaves you in a degnified mannor and will help stop any furture conflict in that topic.

2) You may not post or relate to anything illegal inside the india or any country law also the things which we do not allow. This includes but is not limited to the following:

You may not post anything pornographic or unsuitable for people;
You may not post any copyrighted material, without the proper permission from the author or publisher;
You may not post warez, hacking related software, hacking tools, software downloads.

3) Don't do anything that could get GYAN PITARA in trouble, or this website may be shut down and everyone will lose out. Just use your common sense.

4) You may only have one account on GYAN PITARA. There is no point in having multiple ones as they will not give you any more access than your other accounts. If you want your username changed you can simply ask an administrator to do that for you. Don't confuse us by making more than one account.

5) All the topics and post are of the respective poster only and no one can blame GYAN PITARA group for any type of loss or gain happend to any user or visitor due to the content posted on this forum.

6) Do not promote your own site, unless:
It's a personal site;
It's to help somebody find something they're looking for.

7) Do not post spam.
Spam includes advertisments, content deemed inappropriate or illegal, and flooding of the boards;
Spammers will receive a swift kick in the ass, as well as a lengthy ban.

8) Do not make needless, incessant usage of:
Emoticons ;
Line breaks or ALL-CAPS;
Nested quotes;
Giant fonts with ugly colours;
Swearing or derogatory terms.

9) Do not make unrequested personal contact with GYAN PITARATeam Members.
Support may not be requested via instant messaging, private messaging or e-mail;
Your private messaging capability may be disabled if abused;
A central list of IM, PM and e-mail abusers is kept, so repeat offenders will be banned.

10) Ensure that
Your signature:
Remains a reasonable size;
Follows all the rules applying to posts themselves.

11) If you have any problems, just make a post in the appropriate forum, and somebody will be glad to help you.
The moderators are here to make everyone's visit more enjoyable, so if you experience any problems with abusive users, please tell a moderator.
